  • Customers have 14 days to return an item from the day they receive the package.

3. Return Conditions

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be in new condition. Fitting tools into the tool belt may cause scratches and stretch the leather; such used products are not suitable for a refund.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition, free of any damage or signs of use.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Customer's Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value.

6. Initiate a Return

7. Refund Process
